1. Who we are and scope

EZBIZIT Solutions (“EZBIZIT”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides BizBlocks. This notice applies to the EZBIZIT/BizBlocks public website and contact form. A BizBlocks product account or workspace may involve additional processing and will be covered by a separate, product-specific privacy notice when that service is made available.

2. Personal data we collect

When you send an enquiry, we may collect:

• your name and business email address;
• your phone number and business name, if you choose to provide them;
• the message and business-process information you submit;
• your affirmative privacy acknowledgement, submission time and a request identifier; and
• limited security and diagnostic data such as IP address, browser or user-agent information and server logs.

Please provide only information necessary for your enquiry. Do not submit another person’s personal data unless you are authorised to do so.

3. Why and how we use it

We use enquiry data to receive and respond to your request, understand whether BizBlocks may fit your stated business need, maintain an appropriate record of the conversation, prevent abuse and protect the website. We process personal data with your consent and, where applicable, for other purposes permitted by Indian law. The contact-form consent is not consent to unrelated promotional marketing.

4. Consent and withdrawal

The form requires a clear affirmative checkbox before submission. You may withdraw your consent for future processing by emailing gramadevu@ezbizit.in. Withdrawal will be made as easy as giving consent. It will not make earlier lawful processing invalid, and we may retain limited information where required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or to record and action your request.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell contact-form personal data. We may share it only with authorised EZBIZIT personnel and service providers that help us host, secure or operate the website and deliver email, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, lawful authority or to protect rights and security.

6. Storage, transfers and retention

Website and email providers may process data in India or other locations where they operate. Where cross-border processing occurs, we will apply the safeguards and restrictions required by applicable Indian law. Unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, legal obligation or dispute, we aim to delete or anonymise enquiry records within 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. Routine security logs are normally retained for no longer than 90 days.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including access controls, transport encryption on the live site, input validation, rate limiting and restricted email configuration. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. If we identify a personal-data breach, we will take the response and notification steps required by applicable law.

8. Your rights and grievance redressal

Subject to applicable law and its commencement provisions, you may ask for access to a summary of personal data and processing, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure where applicable, grievance redressal, and nomination of another person to exercise rights in specified circumstances. You may also withdraw consent.

We will acknowledge and address grievances within the period required by applicable law. If a grievance is not resolved, you may use the complaint process available before the Data Protection Board of India, subject to the applicable statutory procedure.

This business website and contact form are intended for adults acting for themselves or an organisation. We do not knowingly seek personal data from anyone under 18 through this form. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. Cookies and external links

This version of the public website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural-tracking tools. Basic hosting and security technology may use essential storage or logs needed to deliver and protect the site. If analytics or optional cookies are introduced, this notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated. External websites linked from this site apply their own privacy practices.

We may update this notice when our services, vendors or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be presented prominently where appropriate.
